Some filmmakers think that non violent movies don't make money, or that they can increase the chances of their movie making money if they include violence. On this page, I want to compile an extensive list of non violent movies that have made LOTS of money. I am asking for help on this. If you know of some non violent movies that were a commercial success, please email them to me and I will post them here. I would like the information to include the budget for the movie, how much it made, and the stars, and the producers and director if possible, and the year it was made. Thank you!!! |
Here are some examples........Forest Gump, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Out of Africa, The Bridges of Madison County, Little Miss Sunshine, Driving Miss Daisy, Bull Durham, Man on The Moon, My Girl, Owning Hahowny, The Blues Brothers including sequel and many others . Please add to this list and include the details requested above. Thanks.
